Background of the Study

In the Nigerian manufacturing sector, job satisfaction plays a pivotal role in ensuring high productivity and minimizing turnover rates. Flour Mills, a major player in the Nigerian manufacturing industry, operates in Kebbi State, where it contributes significantly to local employment and economic growth. However, the level of job satisfaction among its employees remains an under-explored area.

Statement of the Problem

This study seeks to investigate the job satisfaction levels of Flour Mills employees and determine the key factors that contribute to their overall satisfaction or dissatisfaction.

Scope and Limitations of the Study
This study will focus on employees working in Flour Mills in Kebbi State.
